Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Support Assistant to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our clients in George Town, Penang, MY. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support - Provide product recommendations and guidance to clients based on their needs - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and strategic planning skills to problem-solve and think outside the box - A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work part-time hours
