Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on improving client satisfaction.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6.
