Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Malacca City, Melaka, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, issues, and escalations - Manage client accounts and update information as necessary - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Handle any client complaints or feedback in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
