Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Client Support Associate to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that align with their goals. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives for client support.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Confident and energetic personality with excellent communication skills. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs. - Experience in client support, customer service, or a related field. - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
