Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Client Support Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to address their needs and concerns - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on outstanding matters - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training on our products and services - Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in client support - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a fast-paced environment and handling high volumes of client inquiries - Motivated and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service
