Client Support Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional client support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Educate clients on products and services offered by the company. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues efficiently. 6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. 7. Stay informed about company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and overall service quality.

Requirements:

1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. 2. Excellent decision-making skills. 3. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
