Client Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Associate to join our team at Perodua in Kuala Lumpur. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Provide product information and support to clients 3. Assist clients with troubleshooting and issue resolution 4. Maintain accurate client records and documentation 5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management 7. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or client support 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
