Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a Client Support Associate to work remotely from George Town, Penang. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date and accurate - Collaborate with other team members to address client concerns and provide solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client questions and concerns - Assist with client onboarding and training as necessary - Monitor client satisfaction and escalate any issues to management as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed - Excellent people management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
