QSR Brands is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position with no years of experience required, this role presents a great opportunity for individuals who are confident, passionate, and possess strong time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist clients with inquiries, issues, and feedback. 2. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns. 3. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update customer information in the company database. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Meet and exceed predefined KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
