Remote Client Support Manager

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, we are looking for an individual with at least 7 years of experience in client support management.

Responsibilities: - Manage remote client support team to ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline client support processes - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions - Develop and maintain client support documentation and training materials

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent client support - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities - Experience managing remote teams - Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
