Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Manager

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Client Support Manager, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with the highest level of support. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have, and working closely with internal teams to address client needs.


Key responsibilities include:


- Managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction - Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients - Providing product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Collaborating with internal teams to implement client solutions and resolve any issues - Analyzing client feedback and recommending improvements to products or services - Monitoring client accounts for any potential issues and proactively addressing them - Developing and implementing client support strategies to improve overall client experience


In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate for this position should possess the following personality traits: motivated and driven. They should also have strong soft skills in negotiation and time management.
