Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Manager to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and guidance to clients on the use of our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client experience - Prepare and deliver reports on client support activities and performance metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and critical thinking to solve complex client issues - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software


Personality Traits: - Dedicated: Commitment to providing excellent support to clients - Adaptable: Willingness to adjust and pivot in response to changing client needs


Soft Skills: - Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to find solutions for clients - Critical Thinking: Analytical skills to assess client situations and develop appropriate responses
