Job Description:
As a Client Support Manager at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the client support team in Malacca City, Melaka. Your main objective will be to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to clients. You will be the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and escalations, and will work closely with other departments to resolve any issues that arise.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of client support representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to ensure the team is delivering high-quality service. 8. Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Experience with CRM systems and other relevant software. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Knowledge of the aviation industry is a plus.
