Job Description:


Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate responses. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall customer experience. 4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and market trends. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services to existing clients. 6. Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and increase their loyalty to the company. 7. Analyze client feedback and data to make recommendations for process improvements.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Passionate and hardworking with a strong dedication to client satisfaction. 6. Persuasion and cooperation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
