Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team at Padini Holdings Berhad. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in client support roles.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Provide guidance and support to a team of client support representatives - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the client support process - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and exceed customer expectations - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Ability to cooperate and work effectively in a team environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs - Experience with CRM systems and other client support tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
