Job Description:
Axiata Group Berhad is currently seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business with our company.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions to clients - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze client feedback and data to continuously improve our products and services - Attend client meetings and presentations as needed - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client performance and satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client support or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Passionate and motivated about delivering exceptional client service - Proven ability to persuade and negotiate with clients - Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
