Client Support Manager - Work from home

As a Client Support Manager at UMW Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support specialists and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time remote position based in George Town, Penang, MY, suitable for individuals with at least 7 years of experience in client support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of client support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Oversee the resolution of client issues and escalations in a timely and efficient manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Create and maintain documentation and training materials for client support processes - Monitor team performance metrics and track progress towards goals

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong people management skills - Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
