Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client support and management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns. 3. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and prioritize client requests and projects. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. 5. Lead negotiations with clients on service agreements and project scope. 6. Oversee project management tasks related to client support, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. 7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client support activities and performance metrics.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client support or account management roles, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar position. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage projects effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.


Personality traits: We are looking for a candidate who is highly reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional client support services.


Soft skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills and have experience in project management.
