Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and driven Client Support Officer to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies. 6. Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 4. Proven experience in client support or customer service roles. 5. Strategic planning and creativity to develop innovative solutions. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
