Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support to clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues - Provide product and service information to clients - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist in the development of client support procedures and guidelines - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in client onboarding and training as needed


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Innovative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
