Client Support Officer

Job Description: As a Client Support Officer at Eco World Development Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information and assistance to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Assist in creating and maintaining client support documentation

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and passionate individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
