Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Officer

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a confident and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate. 3. Assist clients in navigating our online platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 5. Handle client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures related to client support. 7. Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall client experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
