Client Support Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a confident and passionate Client Support Officer to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. 2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or inquiries. 3. Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. 4. Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services to existing clients. 6. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any potential concerns. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups for future reference. 8. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in customer service or client support roles. 6. Confidence in handling challenging situations with professionalism and grace. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
