Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a diligent and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and dedicatedly.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and suggest improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client support role - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong people management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
