Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level role, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry standards. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures. 7. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 5. Hardworking and committed to providing excellent service to clients. 6. Demonstrated cooperation and adaptability in a team setting.
