Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a client support role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshooting and resolving client issues and escalations 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty 4. Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns 5. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and drive strategic initiatives 6. Utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve client support processes 7. Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role 2. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Resilient and reliable personality traits 5. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
