Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Officer to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang, MY.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent client support via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Prepare and deliver client presentations as needed - Manage client expectations and build strong relationships

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
