Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position requires an Associate Level seniority with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with strong teamwork and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and experiences

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with clients - Strong teamwork and people management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
