Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Representative

As a Client Support Representative at Petron Malaysia in George Town, Penang, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and problem-solving skills. This part-time entry-level position requires individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, persuasive, and possess strong project management abilities.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner - Resolving client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and recommendations to clients - Creating and updating client accounts in the database - Collaborating with other departments to address client needs and concerns - Maintaining a high level of knowledge about company products and services - Assisting in the development and implementation of client support strategies - Meeting or exceeding customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team - High School diploma or equivalent - Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
