Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, creative, and have demonstrated leadership abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Document and track customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes. 6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify upselling opportunities.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. 6. Energetic, passionate, creative, and leadership qualities.
