Job Description: As a Client Support Representative at Hartalega Holdings Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on product usage. 4. Managing client accounts, processing orders, and handling billing inquiries. 5. Conducting follow-up calls and surveys to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 7. Utilizing persuasion and negotiation skills to address client objections and secure renewals. 8. Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems. 9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures. 10. Collaborating with team members to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements: 1. Associate Degree or equivalent. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 7. Persuasion and negotiation skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 10. Knowledge of healthcare or medical industry preferred.
