Job Description:


Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The Client Support Representative will have the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns. 5. Documenting client interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis. 6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients. 7. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 2. Resourceful and motivated with a passion for helping others. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. 4. Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
