Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team at YTL Corporation Berhad. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from home. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work within your own schedule while still contributing to our team.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve client issues and concerns with empathy and understanding 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Provide recommendations for process improvement based on client feedback 6. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client support experience 7. Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to better serve our clients
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role 2. Resilient and independent personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment 3. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members 4. Strong cooperation skills to work collaboratively with others towards common goals 5. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a virtual setting 6. Experience with CRM software and online communication tools 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
