Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Representative at IJM Corporation Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Document all client interactions and updates in the CRM system

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
