Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely from Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be confident, reliable, and possess strong decision-making and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall success of the team. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support strategies.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
