Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad is seeking a Client Support Specialist to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to client problems. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients. 6. Assist in the development of client support training materials and resources. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 4. Resourceful and energetic with a positive attitude. 5. Strategic planning and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience working in a remote or work from home setting.
