Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions - Meet or exceed customer service and sales targets

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual who can work independently from home - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to handle client inquiries effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
