Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work from home position located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Provide product support and guidance to clients, ensuring they have a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client requests - Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our internal systems - Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and provide feedback to management - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and support - Resourceful problem-solver who can think on their feet and find creative solutions to client issues - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - High school diploma or equivalent required - No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
