Job Description:


Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges - Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and dedicated personality traits - Creativity and time management skills - Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
