Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Axiata Group Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Adaptable and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment - Strong cooperation and leadership skills to effectively work with a team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
