Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Assistant to work remotely from Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing inbound and outbound calls in a contact center environment - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner - Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the contact center - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Proven experience working in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and leadership - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
