Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers. - Use persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Independent and able to work remotely with minimal supervision. - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations. - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers. - Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products or services. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in using contact center software and CRM systems.
