Penerangan Pekerjaan - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

PPB Group Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team and work remotely from home in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of reliability and adaptability, as well as strong soft skills in analysis and critical thinking.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers efficiently and professionally. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 4. Update customer records and information accurately in the database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup.
