Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a motivated and hardworking Contact Center Assistant to work from home in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Documenting all customer interactions accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Motivated and hardworking personality traits - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
