Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 3. Update customer information in the database during each interaction. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation. 5. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily. 6. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 8. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a customer-centric culture within the contact center.

Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with strong communication skills. 2. Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities. 3. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role for at least 2 years. 4. Knowledge of CRM software and call center systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
