Sunway Construction Group Berhad is seeking a reliable and resilient Contact Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service. 5. Pay close attention to detail to accurately input and update customer information in the database. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
