Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description: IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Contact Center Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, email, or social media platforms. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to provide assistance and resolve issues. 2. Handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently and accurately. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that meet both customer needs and company policies. 4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' feelings and experiences. 5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. 8. Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Independent and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work remotely and independently. 5. Proficient in computer skills and software applications. 6. Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must be fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.
