Job Description:
As a Remote Contact Center Associate at Dialog Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer communication in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, billing inquiries, and other concerns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records of interactions. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to find solutions. 4. Reliable and dedicated team player who can work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in using computer software and customer relationship management tools. 6. Ability to conduct research and gather information to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to a remote work environment. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
