Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the confidence and work ethic necessary to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 3. Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and creativity skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
