Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and fluency in English and Malay. 2. Proficiency in using contact center software and customer relationship management tools. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver results within set deadlines. 4. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. 5. Driven and resilient personality traits are essential for this role. 6. Strong decision-making and planning skills are necessary to excel in this position.
